3. Purpose
- To handle your assessment or second-opinion request and to contact you.
- To allow the doctor to review your clinical case and prepare the consultation.
- To support information organization via an AI-assisted summary, for the doctor's internal use only (it is not a diagnosis).
- To comply with applicable legal and medical-record obligations.
4. Consent for sensitive data
Health data is sensitive data. By submitting the form and attaching studies you freely, expressly and on an informed basis authorize its processing for the purposes described here. You are not required to authorize the processing of sensitive data and may decline to answer any question.
5. Your rights
As the data owner you may: access, update and correct your data; request proof of authorization; be informed of how your data is used; file complaints with the SIC; revoke authorization; and request deletion of your data where no legal or contractual duty to retain it exists.

7. Security and retention

8. Transfers and processors
For appointment management we may use medical-software platforms (e.g., the Citalo scheduling system) acting as data processors under confidentiality measures. We do not sell or trade your personal data.
